I specialize in working with children, youth, and families, drawing on my background in applied behavioural analysis and learning support management. I understand the unique challenges young people face and collaborate closely with families to help them thrive.

Having experienced frequent moves as a child, I deeply appreciate how life’s transitions and stressors can shape our mental health. This drives my commitment to providing a space where you can explore your experiences and work through what’s holding you back.
